Pricing Policy: At gemsresouces.com, our commitment to our customers is to offer convenience, service, and product availability online at competitive prices. We also offer merchandise at promotional prices. We may offer merchandise online at the same price at which it is offered the showroom of in Gems Resources, and our promotions often will follow those that will find in some others stores. However, in some cases, the prices will be different because the website and stores may choose to offer items at different prices and may run different promotional events at different times under different restrictions as well. By submitting your order, you have committed yourself to the online prices at the time of order.

Minimum Order: Since we are a wholesaler, please provide your seller's Permit or Sales Tax License when placing an order.  Prices will be based on the quality and the quantity of your orders.  Please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-992-8483, Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., EST.  Our sales representatives will be glad and ready to help you. The usual minimum order is $50.00; for orders under $50.00, there will be an additional $5.00 surcharge

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, including freight, handling, and insurance, will be added to every shipment based on the shipping carrier's rate. Our carrier is UPS; whatever charges that they quote for your shipment will be added directly to your order.

Payment Terms: We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover Card.  We also accept company, cashier's checks or Money Orders.  All returned checks are subject to a  $25.00 return check fee.  Failure to settle payments may result in legal action against you.

Return and Exchange Policy: Our products are 100% guaranteed. We offer you the option of returning items that don't meet your needs. Below is our return policy:

• Your have up to 5 business days after the receipt of your order to initiate the return process( that is ,if you intend to return an item, you must within 5 business days of receipt of your merchandise call our customer service number to inform us of your intention to return the item and to receive from us a return authorization number for said item.
   

• Due to the nature of our business, items returned after 15 days are not always marketable. Therefore, we do not accept without penalty returns that reach us after 15 days from your receipt of goods (that is, if you were to hypothetically call and receive a return authorization number in the fifth business days after your receiving the merchandise, you have only 10 days afterwards to get the returned item into our hands. In total, you have 15 days between your receipt of merchandise and our receiving the returned item). We charge a 10% restocking fee for items that reach us between 16-30 days of receipt of the product. We CANNOT accept returns after 30 days of your receipt of merchandise. We will ship any such late items back to you.
   

• At Gemsresources.com, we charge a flat $2.00 handling fee for each return. Please remember to call us for a return authorization number before sending any merchandise back. We reserve the right to inquire why you would like to return said item so that we may improve our services in the future.
   

• Shipping and handling fees associated with your order are not refundable. All items must be returned in their original condition, either in the original packaging or in a crush-proof box to prevent any damage in transit. All returns of items that are worn, broken, damaged or otherwise not in their original condition are not acceptable. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. We will not accept any items that do no meet these requirements and in such cases, will return them back to you. ( If you refuse to accept such return shipments, Gems Resources reserves the right to withhold your credit.)
   

• As a precautionary measure, thoroughly inspect the item at once. Occasionally an item will be damaged during shipment. If you notice any damage to the box or item, note the damage in detail on the receipt and do not accept delivery of the package. Call us in two business days to inform us the damaged items, we will send you a replacement item immediately or credit your account upon receipt of the item at our warehouse. • For your own protection, we suggest that you use a shipping carrier with a reliable tracking system for your returns.  We do not issue refunds if your return package is lost in the shipping process.  To ensure proper credit to your account, please retain the tracking number until the credit has been posted to your account.

    At Gemsresources.com, we try hard to serve our customers better than anyone else. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions or restrictions, but that is just not possible. Thank you for honoring these return policies, so that we can continue to bring you quality service.

Delivery: Prompt delivery is our goal.  All items are usually shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of the order; we will ship it out by UPS ground.  You may specify next day, second day or third day for rush orders.  However, we cannot guarantee the actual delivery time.   All UPS shipping freight charges are calculated according to the weight of the package.  We do not ship via U. S. Postal Service or any other carriers.

International customers are always welcomed.  For orders placed outside of the United States, please provide anything that shows your business address, phone number or your business license or certificate, etc.  

A Special Note: To avoid any possible mistakes in communication, we strongly recommend that you place your order via fax.  Please write down the item description and price on your order.  However, it is absolutely all right to call our sales department during our business hours for questions or placing orders.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS:

• Over $250, assorted, 5% off.

• Over $500, assorted, 10% off.

• Over $1,000, assorted, 20% off.

• Over $2,500, assorted, 20% or more off.

For orders over $2,500, if you order one strand each for 100 different items, you will get our standard 20% discount.  But for the same $2,500 amount, if you order 100 strands for just one single item and can accept wider range of sizes and colors, you will get a discount of more than 20% off.
